Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) is a former American actress. Elson began her career as an actor as a young child and as a model. She is best known as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction television series. Andrea won the role of Lynn Tanner, in ALF (1986) after she auditioned. The actress continued to appear for many years on various hit TV shows and Movies of the Week before going into the entertainment field in order to spend time with her family. Andrea Elson was playing Lynn Tanner - the teenager daughter Kate and Willie - at a time when she had been going through a turbulent period. People's 2000 retrospective on Elson showed that it was difficult for her to develop as a woman when she was in the presence of an audience of a sitcom. Elson, who was green eyed New York City native grew as a traveler because of the advertising job her father was employed in. Prior to turning ten the actress had been living within New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea was in San Diego when she met an agent. The part she auditioned was selected. Fusco defended the premise and said that "ALF is at 285 years old and has the ability to drink beer, he's enough. ALF became more and increasingly popular with children thus NBC told Fusco that he couldn't drink since kids were watching. He's a poor example to follow. However, even though Fusco was of the opinion that ALF was an adult, he can do it the alcohol ... death. In 1995, he was diagnosed to be suffering from lymphoma. The cancer was treated successfully and he was in complete Remission throughout the course of his existence. In the Lillian Booth Actors Home of Englewood in New Jersey, on the 26th of June, 2019 he died due to this condition at age 75.
